O-DOM is a project of comfortable residential modules not only for recreation, but also for permanent residence. Due to their geometry, they can be arranged in any shape, adapting to the conditions of the site and the terrain. In the eco-park "YASNO-POLE" it is proposed to arrange several blocks of different sizes (S, M, L). Combining the modules into a circle allows getting a panoramic view of the surrounding landscape, while preserving privacy of residents and creating a chamber space in the center of a group of modules that can have a different functional purpose. To generate electricity solar panels installed on the roof of each module. Total power of panels of several residential units will provide the complex with autonomous electricity from March to October. Heating is provided by water convectors and a fireplace. If necessary, a separate technical module for the installation of boiler equipment can be installed.
